The hotel had a beautiful location with stunning views of the surrounding sea and mountains. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing a warm and helpful service throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the reasonably priced and delicious food offered at the restaurant.

There were a few drawbacks to our experience. the cleanliness of the beddings left something to be desired, and we had to make the beds ourselves upon arrival.

The area is incredibly quiet. The hotel, with its charming old charm, has been completely refurbished after a fire. The restaurant offers delicious food and the breakfast is rich. The library is lovely. The young and friendly staff is very helpful. The hotel bar is the only pub on the island. The village has a small shop, which is easily accessible by walking or renting a bike from the hotel.

Raasay House was an absolute gem during our Scottish adventure. The fine island and beautiful kitchen garden was so good. The service was perfect, and we were really surprised by the excellent food. A true hidden treasure!

Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The bedroom was clean and cozy, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with impressive views of the water. Highly recommended retreat!

    Would recommend this hotel.

Great value for money with a nice-sized room and really good scenery right by the ferry. The staff were always helpful, polite, and cheerful, going above and beyond to assist us.

The breakfast option could have been better, maybe more variety would be nice.

The building and location are beautiful, and the peaceful atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly helpful, even during unexpected events like a fire alarm. The views from the hotel are stunning and the amenities are great. The hotel also arranged transportation when we missed the last ferryboat, although it was quite expensive.

Felt like royalty, no complaints at all.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I loved the stunning scenery and the incredibly beautiful island that it is located on. the hotel offered a wide range of activities to keep guests entertained, which was a definite plus.

There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the staff at the restaurant seemed disorganized and inexperienced, resulting in slow service and forgotten orders.

The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning scenery all around. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The venison stew at dinner was absolutely delicious, a must-try for anyone visiting.

The walls in the hotel were quite thin, which meant we could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. The lighting in the restaurant could also be improved for a more cozy atmosphere.

Raasay House was the highlight of our 2-week trip in Scotland. The kitchen garden was beautiful, the island gorgeous, and the service perfect. The food exceeded expectations, a true hidden treasure. Our room, though small, didn't feel crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant offered unique and tasty dishes. The surrounding scenery was stunning, and the warm welcome was a nice touch. We loved walking around the premises and my son enjoyed feeding the cows. A truly amazing stay.

    Totally recommend this hotel.
